Here is La Cambuse matured in an oak barrel that contained L'Espinose merlot cabernet franc from Domaine de l'épi au in Clisson.
It only stayed a few weeks in barrels so that it soaks up the notes of wine and not wood (it will be for another brew
).
The result? A bitterness that fades to let the Cambuse and L'espinose speak a treat !!!
I kept the same label, but with another added to differentiate them.
Very limited edition to discover tomorrow at the open doors of the Domaine de l'Epinay in Clisson.

Today barreled cambuse at Les Brassins Nazairiens! We will see her again in a few weeks. It is an oak barrel that contained Cabernet made by the Paquereau brothers of the Domaine de L'Epinay in Clisson.
